Sales of Tampa Homes & Condos Way Up

Tampa Real Estate has made a fairly good recovery so far. Sales of homes have been up for 6 months straight. Many of the sales have been foreclosures and short sales. Just about every buyer we have met is looking for a great deal. But the best news, they are all getting great deals.

Lately, it has been much more fun showing Tampa real estate than it was in 2007 and 2008. That's for sure. Actually, it didn't take much to improve those years.

Many buyers are still waiting. That is always the case. But, the ones that have made their move for Tampa real estate, are definitely not regretting it.

If you figure the market might come down 10 more percent, it is still a great time buy. If and when the market in the Tampa Bay Area comes down another 10 - their will be bidding wars for all of the really good deal. Actually, there are bidding wars now for the real steals.
